| • | Various different services run on the digital terrestrial television platform in the United Kingdom - primarily the Freeview service and Top Up TV service along with other services from broadcasters.
All services apart from the Top Up TV channels and Red Hot TV are available for free to everyone with the ability to receive digital terrestrial services (though not all services may be available to those with poor reception). The free channels are generally collectively referred to as Freeview, even though not all of them are technically part of the service.
