| • | Sex, Toys and Chocolate is a talk show produced by Alliance Atlantis on cable and satellite in Canada. New episodes appear on the Life Network and older ones are run on Discovery Channel Health network. It premiered on March 5, 2004. It is hosted by Robin Milhausen, who has a Ph.D. from the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University; and Michael Cho. Each show opens with Milhausen discussing some sex-related topic with three women, interspersed with Cho discussing the same topic with three men. The men and women are then brought together for a group discussion, and they play a role-playing, attitude, or trivia game at the end. Field reporter Roy Roman interviews people on the street about the same topic, usually from some exotic resort destination. Topics typically include oral sex, masturbation, fetishes, orgasm, pornography, and the like. Typical for Canadian television, the show includes explicit language and discussion not seen on American television. The show is distinguished from other sex-related television series (such as those hosted by Sue Johanson and Ruth Westheimer) in that it is primarily designed to convey the opinions and experiences of average (albeit attractive) people and not to convey expert advice. One confusing aspect of the series is that although Cho and Milhausen are not lovers offscreen, they are always seen in a lovers' embrace at the beginning of each episode.
