| • | On Comedy Central's animated reality show spoof Drawn Together, the character of Toot Braunstein is killed off seemingly at random in a number of episodes. Sometimes her death is important to the story, but most of the time, it's just a random occurrence, much like the many deaths of Ling-Ling. This is most likely a homage to the many deaths of Kenny McCormick on South Park. However, there is one key difference. Kenny remained dead for the rest of the episode, then came back in the next episode as if nothing had happened. Toot is sometimes brought back alive and well in the very same episode. Here is a list of the episodes featuring Toot's temporary demise.
·In "Hot Tub", she is slain and eaten by Ling-Ling after Toot says his name a third time (the previous two being said by Clara). She also dies in a flashback sequence when she cuts her own head off after failing to get Xandir to notice her; Spanky suddenly appears and proceeds to defecate in her disemboweled neck while reading a newspaper. She also hits her head twice on the coffee table and appears to bleed to death both times, though it is not certain whether these are actual deaths.
