| • | Originally, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling held all of its shows on pay-per-view on a weekly basis. TNA taped 111 of these weekly pay-per-views. The last one aired on September 8, 2004, as TNA began relying on TNA iMPACT! (which premiered June 6, 2004) for its weekly broadcast. On November 7, 2004, TNA aired its first three-hour live pay-per-view card, Victory Road. It has aired events on a monthly basis ever since. Every event to the present is televised live from Soundstage 21 at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Florida. This will continue at least throughout 2005, as TNA plans to begin touring some time in 2006. When the name for the November 2005 pay-per-view, Genesis, was released, it became known that at least some of the TNA pay-per-view names would not be recycled on an annual basis. Some names, however, will be retained; TNA announced on September 3 that Turning Point would be retained as the name of the December 2005 pay-per-view. Final Resolution, Against All Odds and Destination X have also been retained. Pay-per-view events (with the exception of Victory Road and Bound For Glory) are free (Universal Studios requires this of all events in their soundstages that need audiences), with preferred entry for members of the TNA Street Team and all other entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Both the listed exceptions had special fan weekends requiring paid admission, with those that paid for entry receiving even greater priority in event seating. As TNA begins touring, this is certain to change. Source: [wikipedia: list of tna pay-per-view events]
