| • | Longtan (龍潭) is a rual township in southern Taoyuan County, Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. Longtan is home to the headquarter of the Republic of China Army.
The township is well known for its buddhist temple in the centre of Longtan lake, and the massive Bainien community project. The area is both surrounded by high-tech industry, as well as vast mountainous areas.
