| • | The Singapore National Stadium is located in Kallang, and has a capacity of 55,000 people. The stadium hosting most of the National Day Parades. First opened to the public in July 1973, the place has been used for many sporting and cultural events, such as the SEA Games (when hosted in Singapore) and the finals of the 2004 Tiger Cup.
