Difino
Foster, Rastrick and Company was one of the pioneering steam locomotive manufacturing companies of England. The company was a partnership effort of James Foster and John Urpeth Rastrick. The company built only a few locomotives, but is notable for building the Stourbridge Lion in 1829 for export to the Delaware and Hudson Railroad in America.
The company was officially dissolved on June 20 1831, the assets being folded into Stourbridge Iron Works.
