| • | The Chatham Square apartment complex is located around Little Lake Brian in Orlando Florida. This is one of four exclusive company sponsored housing locations for the Walt Disney World College Program interns. It is not owned nor managed by Disney, instead the entire complex has been leased for an undisclosed period of time and a "non affiliated" management company oversees the complex. The complex has one, two, three and four bedroom apartments which are each based on dual occupancy. So the one bedroom apartment is designated for two people while the four bedroom apartment is for eight. While on the WDWCP, each apartment has a fully furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, mirror), living room (couch, easy chair, coffee table, two end tables) and kitchen (all plates, cups, mugs, utensils and appliances).
