| • | The town of Hampton, New Brunswick, Canada is located on the Kennebecasis River, 30 kilometres northeast of the City of Saint John. As of 2001 the population was 3,997. The town was first settled by United Empire Loyalists in 1783. Between 1850 and 1965 (when county governments were abolished) it was the shire town of Kings County.
