Sonia Rosemary Cubitt (née Keppel) OBECStJ (24 May 1900–16 August 1986) was the daughter of Hon. George Keppel and his wife, Alice (a mistress of King Edward VII) and the grandmother of the Duchess of Cornwall. On 16 November 1920, she married Hon. Roland Cubitt (who later succeeded his father as Baron Ashcombe, whereupon Sonia became Lady Ashcombe), at the Guard's Chapel of Wellington Barracks in London.
