| • | Clare, Indiana, is a small, unincorporated village NNE of Noblesville, Noblesville Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Population = approx. 75. There is one street in town, Clare Avenue, formerly known as Strawtown Gravel Road. Clare Avenue runs immediately parallel to Indiana State Road 37. The village is generally considered to stretch from 211th Street to 216th Street, in the narrow strip of land between S.R. 37 and the White River. While there is no economic activity in Clare as of 2005, there have existed in the 20th century a mill, a general store, a gas station, a pet shop, and a restaurant.
