| • | Cheriton is a village and parish near Winchester, in Hampshire. There is a pub there called the Flower Pot, with a weekend campsite attached. It brews its own beer, which it also supplies to one or two other nearby pubs.
In 1644, the parish was the location of the Battle of Cheriton in the English Civil War.
