| • | Bentley is a village and civil parish in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 1,019.
The village is located just off the A31 road between Farnham in Surrey and Alton, being about five miles west of Farnham and six miles east of Alton. It is served by Bentley (Hampshire) railway station, which is actually about one mile away to the south.
Bentley is most famous for being the location of a BBC Docu-Drama from the 1990s called The Village, following loal residents about their daily lives.
