| • | Barbosa is a municipality in the Antioquia Department, Colombia.It is located 39 kilometers from the city of Medellín, and is one of the municipalities of the Metropolitan Area of the Valle de Aburra. It is known as the Gateway to the Northeast, famous for its lakes and streams. The traditional Pineapple Festival is held in December. The Train Festival takes place in August in the district of El Hatillo.
